A provenance and evidence registry. Every AI-created asset, verification and incident gets a signed, permanent, checkable record. Each asset's page holds what it is, who made it, what verified it under which judge, what it fed downstream, and every correction it ever received. Entries are cryptographic records, not editable prose: the source of truth about what was verified, by whom, and when, never an oracle about the world. Look anything up, check it yourself, mirror the whole log.
resolve a record at /r/{digest}. Publishers can also embed the digest inside the delivered artifact, so a forwarded file can carry its own receipt.
