Who operates the registry

AI Source of Truth is operated by PromptReports LLC, deployed separately from every publisher.

The registry is a public, append-only record

AI Source of Truth publishes cryptographic provenance and verification records. Records are immutable and are never deleted, reordered, or edited. Corrections are appended as errata beside the original. Takedowns are handled by sealing (withholding a blob from serving) and never by deletion; a sealed record's digest, log position, and sealing event remain public.

Reads

All reads are anonymous and require no account. No reader identifier is collected or stored. You may mirror the public CC0 dumps.

Publishing

Publishing requires a registered Tier-2 publisher identity and a valid signature. By publishing, you affirm you have the right to make the attestation and that its contents are accurate. The registry attests to what was submitted and signed; it does not adjudicate the truth of the underlying claims.

No warranty

The registry is provided "as is", without warranty. Paid plans, add-ons and any paid placement are labeled as paid; payment never changes a record.
