Who is responsible

PromptReports LLC operates AI Source of Truth and is responsible for the data the registry holds.

Reads are anonymous

No token is required to read, and no reader identifier is ever collected or stored. Discovery analytics are aggregate counts only (lookups and signature checks), never tied to a reader.

What records may contain

Publisher-submitted records may contain identifiers a publisher chose to include (for example a creator name or a domain). Records are append-only and immutable by design.

Append-only and erasure

The registry is append-only; it does not delete records. Where law requires content to be withheld, the mechanism is sealing (the blob is withheld from serving) rather than deletion, so the digest, log position, and a public sealing event remain. The interaction between statutory erasure rights (GDPR/CCPA) and the append-only covenant is under legal review and is not settled by this draft.
